ELASTEN® should ideally be taken in the morning at or after breakfast, as the metabolism is more active throughout the day and the ingredients are thus optimally distributed throughout the body. We recommend taking one drinking ampoule per day over a period of at least 3 months. Even if first effects appear already after one month, the body’s own processes need time to ensure an optimal result. ELASTEN® is very well tolerated and can be used permanently!
