ELASTEN® is of course also suitable for men. Despite some differences between female and male skin, declining collagen production is often responsible for unpleasant wrinkles in both sexes. Collagen forms the basic structure of the network (matrix) in the deep layers of the skin, which is crucial for the appearance and elasticity of the skin. ELASTEN® also supplies male skin with important dermo-nutrients, such as vitamin C for collagen formation in the skin, ensuring radiant beauty for men too.
The body’s collagen production decreases steadily from the age of 25. In addition, external influences such as UV radiation, smoking and air pollution have a negative effect on the collagen balance in the deep layers of the skin. As a result, the scaffolding and structure of the skin begins to collapse, resulting in wrinkles and lines. This is precisely where ELASTEN® comes in with its special collagen peptides.
